Sage Intacct to Data Portal Subscription
The Sage Intacct to Data Portal subscription processes Sage Intacct subscribed to application data to the clients Roghnu provided Microsoft SQL Server database.

Initial kick off call
Roghnu will perform a new customer kickoff call if this is your first service being purchased.
We find that customers have an improved experience when a kickoff call has been completed and everyone is clear on expectations and timelines.
Sage Intacct Access setup
Roghnu will perform outreach and documentation to the Client to setup and provide Sage Intacct web services User ID with required role-based view only setup.
Client will provide their Sage Intacct Sender ID and Password along with setup a Web Services User ID and enter that information into a secure, encrypted location in the Roghnu Data Portal.
Roghnu will communicate and provide setup information with the Client via email. We will proceed based on the Client's timely response and availability. Roghnu will validate that the setup is accurate and complete for our extraction to Data Warehouse processing.
Roghnu will establish a single Sage Intacct environment connection. We can connect to an implementation environment if desired with a re-connection to the production environment at go-live. The re-implementation does require a new setup fee as defined in the One-Time Implementation Fee section.
VPN Setup
Roghnu will provide user documentation to install and set up a FortiClient VPN client. The VPN setup is required to access the direct database established for the client. A more seamless connection using Site to Site VPN is available as an add-on feature.
NOTE: if the client determines the need for a site-to-site VPN setup additional installation and subscription fees will apply.
Sage Intacct Data Selection
Roghnu will work with the client to identify the Sage Intacct data required for their data warehouse needs. Effort includes selecting master / dimension, general ledger, subledger, and sub-subledger data sets while estimating data volume and Sage call impacts.
Financial data is processed and reported based on the Sage Intacct reporting periods. Only data that is within the established Sage Intacct reporting periods will be processed to the Data Warehouse.
Sage API Call Fee Estimates
Roghnu will review our estimated number of Sage calls to help determine the possible API fees.
Please note, Roghnu will be only one of the total integrations that a client may have and performing manual refreshes or increased data extractions can increase call volume. Roghnu is not liable for and will not reimburse for any Sage API call fees.
Sage API Congestion Analysis
Roghnu will review current client integrations and API processing to identify potential processing congestion. Congestion can lead to limited available processing time and the potential for the required Sage level of service increases.
Data Warehouwe (e.g. Data vault) Setup
Roghnu will install and setup our Data Warehouse for the client. This includes a stand-alone MS SQL database and related infrastructure.
Roghnu will set up initial users for the Data Portal and direct DB access. We will train an administrator user to support new user adds and terminated user removal for the system.
Standard View INstallation
Roghnu will install a set of standard master / dimension, general ledger, subledger, and sub-subledger data views that join delivered Sage Intacct API source data into reporting and analytics friendly data sets.
Sage Intacct Data Model and Table Information
Roghnu will deliver a spreadsheet that details the Sage Intacct API sources and mapping to the Data Warehouse tables along with the data set relationships.
Data Reconciliation
Roghnu will work with the client to reconcile data loaded once per instance. Roghnu will instruct the customer how to process a Query Builder query to extract trial balance reports and detailed journal output as part of the validation.
Roghnu provides row count processing validation for general data loading testing.
Roghnu provides a standard data reconciliation report and Query Builder query to support data validation to an unfiltered standard Trial Balance report with the client.
Roghnu does not provide reconciliation to custom Sage Intacct reports or any other reporting system as part of our subscription services. If further data understanding and use of the data warehouse is necessary, we can provide further consulting services on an as needed basis.
Data Refreshes
Roghnu will refresh data from Sage Intacct automatically once per day. A fixed schedule will be established during the installation effort.
A standard 3-hour daily window of refresh time is allocated per instance for data refreshes. If large data sets cannot be completed in the 3-hour window refresh features may be limited.
Manual, end user initiated, refreshes are completed by Client resources using the Roghnu Data Portal on-line application at https://apps.roghnu.com.
Training
Roghnu will conduct end user training to help the client use the on-line Data Portal application and understand the data in the Data Warehouse.
Historical Data Loading
Roghnu will process all data from a single Sage Intacct installation to the Roghnu Data Warehouse for the initial data loading.
Initial data loading is completed once per installation and may take between 2 and 15 days on average, or more, based on the volume of transaction data in Sage Intacct.
Subscription add-ons

Customers can add 100 gigabytes of additional storage for their Data Portal use. This storage applies to all usage types, including:
Test environments
Production data
Backups
Document management
This is in addition to the standard initial storage included in the Core Data Portal subscription.
Setup and Configuration
Roghnu will add the additional storage for the customer's use.
Roghnu will notify the customer when storage usage reaches 75% of capacity.
Assumptions and Responsibilities
If the customer's environment lacks adequate storage for required functionality or processing, an additional 100GB will be automatically added and billed in the following month.
If 100GB is insufficient, the customer will be notified for approval before adding further storage.
During this time, some functionality or processing may be temporarily inoperable until storage is increased.

Customers can add an additional named user beyond the 10 included users in the Core Data Portal subscription.
Users are set up in the OKTA environment and granted the appropriate role within the Data Portal. If permitted by the customer administrator, OKTA setup also includes VPN access.
Setup and Configuration
Customer manages users internally; Roghnu will set up Admin users only.
Roghnu will instruct the customer on how to set up users in the correct roles and types based on purchased licenses.
Roghnu will establish roles and assign security as appropriate for each customer role.
Customer will add and inactivate users as needed—users can be modified at any time.
User pricing is based on the net number of active users as of the first day of each month.
Assumptions and Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for creating Intacct users and assigning permissions.
Roghnu is responsible for creating and assigning roles for any advanced functionality or new features.
Customer must comply with Security Setup and Process Controls for both customer and Roghnu security requirements, ensuring proper authorization and deauthorization of users.

The Site-to-Site VPN allows customers to establish a direct connection to the Roghnu VPN, eliminating the need for manual VPN connections. This enhances data access efficiency while maintaining strong security controls.
The Site-to-Site VPN setup requires:
A one-time installation setup fee
An annual subscription fee
This fixed cost covers Roghnu’s coordination and engineering efforts to work with the customer’s managed services provider or internal IT team to establish and test the connection.
Setup and Configuration
Roghnu will connect the Fortinet VPN at the data center to the customer’s router/firewall.
The customer must provide internal network personnel with admin rights to complete the setup.
Setup is per site or per installation—any changes requiring a re-install will incur an additional setup fee.
Assumptions and Responsibilities
The customer must have a virtual VPN solution that is compatible with Fortinet virtual VPN connections.
The customer must have a technical resource or managed services provider with access to their router to configure security protocols.
The customer must comply with Security Setup and Process Controls for both Roghnu and customer security requirements, ensuring proper authorization and deauthorization of users.

One time fees for additional consulting time to help the client better use and performance tune their environment for their data.
Assumptions & Repsonsibilities
The Client’s Web Services Sender ID and a Web Services User ID (no additional charge by Sage) are used for this integration.
Note: The Web Services Sender ID and Password are provided to Client as part of the web services subscription and at a minimum the Sage Intacct Developer License (estimated $2,200 / year by Sage). The use of the client's Sender ID is required based on the Sage API charges to marketplace partners exceeding the cost of the Developer License to the client.
Limitations/Out Of Scope
Data is loaded into the Data Warehouse per the layout and configuration of Sage Intacct. For example, if accounting periods are set up to Monthly and the books are closed monthly your GL Account Balance summary data will be set up by the same periods.
Roghnu does not process data to a client's on-premises or otherwise hosted data warehouse or internal database. Clients can create internal processes to extract data from the Roghnu Data Warehouse to their own on-premise or hosted systems.
Troubleshooting client networks and PC issues is not included in the installation.
