Source Applications to Data warehouse Subscription Details
Key features supporting all source systems to the Roghnu Data Warehouse products include:
Access to your data through the Roghnu SQL Builder application, advanced reporting (if subscribed to), any SQL access tool (e.g. Toad, SQL Navigator, DB Forge, etc.), and / or the reporting solution of your choice (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel or another ODBC reporting solution).
Automated nightly data refreshes with manual end user online refresh functionality support data analytics and reporting.
Daily processing status reporting for data transfer visibility.
Support from Roghnu to help with questions and report development.

The Sage Intacct to the Data Warehouse Integration processes the customer's Sage Intacct subscribed-to application data to the customer's Roghnu-provided Microsoft SQL Server database. Objects identified in the developer.intacct.com API site can generally be referenced for inclusion to the Data Warehouse.
Roghnu does analysis to determine if the customer's Sage Intacct environment can be supported using our Data Warehouse solution. This includes data volume counts by Master / Dimension Data, General Ledger Data, and Sub-Ledger Data.
We also evaluate a customer’s current API processing setup to determine if sufficient call availability is supported by their level of service with Sage. We work with our customers to minimize the API calls billable by Sage to ensure the data required is extracted.
Our integration design—with data being stored in our Data Warehouse—can significantly reduce Sage API calls and fees by allowing many users access to the data without additional API calls being completed. Our efficiency in the APIs greatly reduces the normal time to extract data from Sage Intacct and provides extensive data management and security.

The Sage Intacct to the Data Warehouse One-Time Archive processes the customer's Sage Intacct subscribed-to application data to the Data Warehouse one time for archival / business continuity requirements. Objects identified in the developer.intacct.com API site can generally be referenced for inclusion to the Data Warehouse.

The Sage Intacct Attachments to the Data Warehouse One-Time Archive processes the customer’s Sage Intacct attachments to a web-based file management system residing in the Roghnu Data Portal.

The Salesforce to Data Warehouse integration processes available API data sets using the WSDL file that can be downloaded from Salesforce.com. Upon uploading the WSDL file, a user can select the desired Salesforce objects to be processed into the Data Warehouse and even refresh them on-demand.

The HubSpot to Data Warehouse Integration processes the available HubSpot data sets to the Data Warehouse. Data is then refreshed on an automated nightly schedule.

The Shopify to Data Warehouse Integration processes the available Shopify data sets to the Data Warehouse. Data is then refreshed on a nightly schedule.

CSV file to the Data Warehouse integration is an automated process using SFTP between the source application and the Roghnu Data Warehouse. Automated integration is a process that connects an application that is otherwise not integrated to the Roghnu Data Warehouse.
The automation includes any connection that is a manual file import using the Roghnu file import utility or the SFTP process. Data transformation is not included in our standard online feature. The objective is to process data in the source application form to the data warehouse for reporting, analytics, and business continuity.
Roghnu scoping and monthly fees are based on the total integration points, maturity of the source application’s integration capabilities, source application documentation maturity, source application support availability, and other factors supporting the integration effort.
