Roghnu makes it easy to submit a support ticket and get your problems solved quickly and efficiently.
There are two easy ways to submit a ticket:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please include in the email subject line what the problem is related to and a short description of the problem. (Example: Sage Intacct General Ledger)
- Create an account on support.roghnu.com and keep track of every open and closed ticket
- You can login to support.roghnu.com to check the status and messages to all your tickets. You also will receive an email to your account with the answers to the ticket and status updates.
How to step up and use support.roghnu.com:
- Go to support.roghnu.com
- Click Register
3. If you do not have an account fill in the information and click Register
4. To create a new ticket click Submit a Ticket
5. Select the topic your problem is referring to and provide a brief description of the problem. Click Send when finished. You will receive an email confirming your ticket.
6. For Sage Intacct Support, fill in the topic, subject, message, support type, and functionality. You may also submit an attachment. Click send when complete. You will receive an email confirming your ticket.
7. To see the status of all your tickets and the corresponding messages please click My Tickets
8. Select the ticket ID you need to review and then review the status and corresponding messages.
9. To logout, click My Profile and click Logout.
