When Submitting a Ticket Please Keep In Mind
When submitting the issue please include what the problem is related to with as much detail around the problem as possible and include screenshots of the problem when possible. For example, a good email subject line is “Sage Intacct – General Ledger – I’m having trouble posting journal entry posting”. Further, in the email it is helpful to obtain the following information:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Product with the issue
We will assign the issue to the appropriate person and they will reach out to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
