Customer requested a conversion of FY 2014 GL Summary Balances, 2015 and 2016 YTD General Ledger and Sub Ledger detail for 8 separate entities. This resulted in a professional services effort of approximately 146 hours and internal hours of approximately 250. A total estimated cost of about $40,000. The duration for this effort was approximately 6 weeks which added to the implementation timeline due to a lack of client resources.

In contrast, a Customer with similar entity and data requirements converted FY 2014 and 2015 monthly GL balances and 2016 GL detail balances for period over period reporting. They elected to leverage Roghnu’s ERP Archive Solution and was able to retain 7 years’ worth of transaction detail in a hosted environment. This resulted in professional services effort of approximately 48 hours and internal hours of approximately 110. A total estimated cost of approximately $15,400. The duration for this effort was approximately 2 weeks and a realized savings of around $24,600.

Roghnu ERP Archive Solution This solution offers an unlimited date range. Supporting documentation can be attached as needed. Data can be purged at Clients discretion (e.g. over 7 years old). Access can be restricted and is accessible directly from within Intacct from the user dashboard, as well as from most standard browsers. Data is read only, but can be exported for analysis via Excel.
