As a Salesforce-certified administrator, Danielle expertise puts her in a unique position to work with stakeholders to define requirements, customize the platform, and enable users to get the most out of Salesforce.

Danielle is a senior Project Manager for Roghnu and has over 7 years of software implementation experience, with the past 5 years focused on project management, process improvement, workflow automation, quality assurance testing, technical writing, end-user training, and software architecture design. She has performed numerous HRIS, Project Management/Support, and CRM software implementations as well as windows to web upgrades for various industries.  In addition, she has written numerous end-user training guides and has designed corporate training programs to assist with change management.
