Job Description

The Sales Development Representative, Outbound (SDR) role prepares experienced sales candidates for an exciting and rewarding software sales career in a highly competitive and complex cloud ERP sale. This role will give you hands-on experience developing and building your sales skills while building your product knowledge and contributing to the company’s success. The skills acquired in the SDR role are critical for your success as you transition into a quota carrying role. The SDRs are tasked with researching, developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. SDR’s work closely with Roghnu leadership and our Intacct Account Executives in order to target and qualify prospects.

Roghnu is currently position itself in Florida with future growth throughout the Southeast US. Our goal is to develop substantial growth over the next 18 months and are seeking to hire a sales superstar! Are you that person?

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and build “cold accounts” (e.g.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in the Southeast US with a concentration on Tampa Bay, Orlando, and South Florida
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Sales Pipeline
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends, etc.
  • Manage/overcome prospect objections
  • Evangelize Roghnu and Intacct

Job Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university, preferably in accounting or finance
  • In recent experiences (2-5 years) you have proven that you can develop a prospecting strategy, execute on pipeline goals, and reach a higher than average call volume
  • You are a highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter with proven experience by example in Outbound Prospecting
  • Peers and managers would say that you excel in time management and prioritizing abilities

IT Project Manager

Job Description

Motivated. Personally motivated and driven to lead teams through meetings and a project. Must be able to keep people on track and focused.

  • Leadership. Leaders are not defined by years of experience. We want someone that is confident and focused that can drive progress and motivate team members to contribute and deliver quality work. We need our project managers to independently lead teams and projects of small to moderate size and complexity; plans, coordinates and executes according to requirements
  • Planning and Project Health Reporting. Ability to plan and engage customers through proper planning and meeting scheduling. Create status reports with the identification, documentation, verification, and communication of issues, risks, defects, and progress to the project team and leadership.
  • Detail Oriented. Must be detail oriented, with strong written, verbal, and organizational skills. Understands the value of capturing user and technical needs accurately and completely up front thereby saving time and eliminating rework later in the project.
  • Communication. Capable of interpreting and documenting business and technical needs. Requires excellent comprehension, verbal and writing skills and able to tell a story around a business process. Capable of filling in the blanks or describing where unknowns exists to drive additional questions that eventually tell a complete narrative. Require the ability to understand a process and / or problem and be able to document, along with a capacity to ask questions that lead to further understanding and detailed documentation.
  • Business Process Knowledge. Understands and / or quickly interprets business processes. Can drive a process walkthrough and document it in Visio and narrative. Standard financial business process understanding of financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, ecommerce, and supply chain preferred as a baseline but can be taught.
  • Analysis Skills. Independent desire to complete analysis and drive numerous tasks to completion and obtain through various methods, the details around a business process or software solution necessary to deliver a tangible product. Our goal for a project manager is not to simply list tasks and track progress.
  • Information Gathering. It is critical that our project managers know how to and are successful at eliciting end user and other stakeholder business and technical requirements and accurately translate / incorporate into base requirements and system design documentation. This is a dual role with a BA but a key skill for the PM within Roghnu and relates to the dynamic individuals we hire. Without the skill of understanding and being able to document current state and future state business and system processes and requirements, the project manager cannot effectively determine project plans, risks, scope creep, and the resources, both human and technical, to successfully deliver a project.
  • Testing Enablement. Along with information and requirement gathering, the creation of test scenarios is critical to the success of our projects. This is done at the time of requirements and process design and is critical to the verification and validation of the final solution delivery and acceptance. We look for our project managers to understand, enable, and drive out the creation of test scenarios as part of the requirements review and validation effort.
  • Programming Understanding. General computer programming and software development life cycle understanding including both waterfall and agile. Must clearly understand the development process and understand the importance of testable requirements.

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, motivated, business technology project manager that is interested in engaging in IT advisory, Salesforce, Intacct ERP, and / or Data Warehouse projects along with other technologies that are specific to a customer. We are growing a team to help guide our customers through their implementations through effective planning, defining requirements and testing scenarios, process design, performing data conversion, configuration, report writing, solution and process testing, training, cutover, and support activities.

Business / Systems Analyst Associate

Job Description

    Roghnu is looking for a business / systems analyst. The business / systems analyst must be detail oriented, with strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with an understanding of standard business and system processes. In addition to the standard traits we look for in all Roghnu candidates, the business / systems analysts will exude the following skills:
